Steven Lloyd not just for last name. True 5 Tool guy
Why do you like the game of softball?
Fellowship and keeps competitive drive going
Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why?
Bradley Jones will be playing in conference next year. Unreal hands at the plate with a ton of upside coming out of baseball. Only will get better

Crackhead (to long of a story)

With my wife and son, fishing/hunting

None
How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
Started at a church league game, I was filling in for someone and went 4-4. Played everywhere I could and Jason Gilfillan gave me a shot with Gas it (which I am grateful for).
What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
Consistency in hitting and defensive play
Is there a player that you would compare your game to?
No
What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
Winning the B worlds this year
In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
My father (played hard as he could every play) even in practice
What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
hustle every play> Attitude is more influential than anything, it can be a detrimental to a team
What type of batting grip do you use and what ounce bat?
overlap both hands and a 26 ounce endload
What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
no off season
What is your favorite sports team and your favorite sport other than softball?
Boston red sox, fishing

fine how it is
What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
Boones is always a good time
What is the best softball field/complex you have played at and why?
Disney (the atmosphere made it special)
Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?
anywhere when your hungry
What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?
probably trap faking Shaw on an injury until he got all the way to him then jumping up and running off
Tell us something about you that most would never know about you?
If you don't want honesty don't ask me my opinion (sometimes it hurts)
What was your favorite sports related gift you have ever given or received?
I was always taught not to boast in giving so received a baseball after my grandfather passed signed by the 1983 braves in specific's(Dale Murphy) one of his favorite players of all time
