Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
From a pitchers stand point I love watching Travis Clark.
Why do you like the game of softball?
I am a competitor and I grew up playing baseball so it was a smooth transition to softball
Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why?
There is a guy out of IL name is Brandon Streets dude is a killer!! Going to hear his name all over conference next year

6’03” 275 lbs

Davenport, IA
What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
With my wife and kids working on the hunting boat
What do you do for a living?
Chemical salesman
How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
Showed up to a tournament with a bunch of friends and a guy saw me play and brought me on his team.
Last year I was a last minute pick up before the season started for evolution and was the third string pitcher. After three tournaments I was named the starter and held it the rest of the year
What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
The atmosphere. It is unmatched at the conference level
What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
I pitched the best game I have to date last year again pure sports at the Windy City only giving up 11 runs and was our first win over a major team!
In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
Todd Ankney. He is just a well full on knowledge
What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
When u get ur shot just show out and make it so they have to keep you in the lineup
What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
Hit twice a week sometimes three and other then that work on my cardio
What would be your "at bat" music selection?
Tiptoe thru the tulips (why not u have to have fun when playing this game)
What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
The Smoky’s. It is just an all around great event to play at
