OF, 1B, C, EH
Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
This is a tough one. While playing All Army. I played with a fella called Albert Kemp. The guy was about 40 yrs old. But could run the outfield like a deer and hit with power and precision. On the Conference side. I would have to say Andy Purcell. I think that he is under rated as a hitter and honestly I think he is the best hitter on the conference. Also my boy Dustin Roberts. I knew Dustin when he had curly hair and ran the outfield.
Why do you like the game of softball?
I love the game of softball. Because of the camaraderie and fellowship. Softball is an outlet to me. Everything that I have going on in every day life stops when I'm in the box. Its just me and the pitcher.
Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why?
I have a few up and coming players. I really like the way Rashard Brown from Primetime/Easton plays the game. Very humble ballplayer with tons of potential. There is also a ballplayer up in the VA area by the name of Mike Mallory. Probably can hit with anyone on the conference level.

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
The person that had the most significant impact in my career is the late Mike Turney. Mike was the coach of my Gold Medal All Marine team in 2000. Mike saw in me what no one else did. He gave me a shot. and I am truly thankful for him.
